Mega Double Dash Promotion: Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Mega Double Dash Promotion (“Promotion”) run by Zeta Technologies Limited, trading as Mega6 Lotto (“Organizer”).

1.2 By participating in the Promotion, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, you must:

(a) Be a new or existing player of Mega6 Lotto;

(b) Be at least 18 years of age; and

2.2 Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

3. Promotion Period

3.1 The Promotion commences on Monday 4th December 2023 and ends on Friday 6th January 2023 (“Promotion Period”).

4. Promotion Mechanics

4.1 To participate in the Promotion, participants must stake GH¢10 or more during the Promotion Period.

4.2 Participants will earn one (1) entry into the daily draw for every GH¢10 staked.

4.3 Participants will earn two (2) entries into the weekly draw for every GH¢10 staked at least three times within the week.

4.4 Participants will earn three (3) entries into the grand draw for every GH¢10 staked at least twelve times within the Promotion Period.

5. Draws

5.1 Daily draws will be held after the Main Daily Draws to determine the daily winners.

5.2 Weekly draws will be held on Saturdays to determine the weekly winners.

5.3 The grand draw will be held at the end of the Promotion Period to determine the grand prize winner.

6. Prizes

6.1 Daily prizes:

(a) Mega6 wallet deposits at GH¢60;

(b) Mobile phones; and

6.2 Weekly prizes:

(a) Mobile Phones

(b) Electronics; and

6.3 Grand prize:

(a) An all-expense-paid trip.

7. Notification and Prize Claim

7.1 Winners will be notified by phone or email within 01 day of the draw.

7.2 Winners will be required to present valid identification to claim their prizes.

7.3 Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after 07 days from the date of notification.

8. General Terms

8.1 The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

8.2 The Organizer’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding.

8.3 The Promotion is subject to the laws of Ghana.

9. Data Protection

9.1 The Organizer will collect and process personal data of participants in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

9.2 Participants may access and update their personal data by contacting the Organizer.
